Paid Experiential Learning Program
Simply put; in our work culture, we believe in supporting you. If you are interested in the technology, the customer base, or just the family culture in general, we want to give you the experience to grow in our company and make this your career. We will train you in all aspects of CDCE from lead generation, industry knowledge, products, and services along with learning how to develop relationships. As your skills and experience develop from the initial lead generation role, you will succeed to the inside sales representative (ISR) working in tandem with the outside sales representative (OSR) learning new valuable skills. You may decide you like this position and team up permanently with your OSR or continue your paid experiential program and train to become an outside sales representative. Regardless of whether your career path is to be an ISR or OSR enjoy unlimited income potential with no commission ceiling.
